Before applying, please take the time to review the qualifications and policies of our various developments.
Please be aware of the following:
- Housing is available to those who permanently reside in British Columbia
- A resident must be able to maintain a successful independent tenancy.
- Must be able to abide by our non-smoking policy.
- There are income limits to qualify.
When you apply it is important that you provide all information requested, including your contact information, rental history and references.
Once your application is submitted it will be your responsibility to contact us with updates. Failure to update at least every 6 months will result in your application being cancelled. If you find suitable accommodation, please advise us. Please note that we often try to fill a unit within days and if we have 3 unsuccessful attempts to reach you, your application will be automatically withdrawn.
